Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

On 5 August 2021 at 2.10pm, the shareholders of AHORANGI LIMITED, AHORANGI CHILDCARE AND EDUCATION CENTRES LIMITED and AHORANGI CONSULTANTS & SERVICES LIMITED passed special resolutions putting the companies into liquidation and appointing Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing and Associates Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the companies.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 10 September 2021. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
