Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GRAVITAS RESEARCH AND STRATEGY LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 16 August 2021 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation follows a sale of business and cessation of trade. All known creditors have been paid.

Colin Sanderson and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRIBOLA767 LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 10 August 2021 at 12.38pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 17 September 2021.
