Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 on 13 August 2021 at 10.16am it was resolved by a resolution of creditors passed at the watershed meeting that FORUM GROUP NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
