Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FINEPOINT GROUP LIMITED and M & T CONSULTING LIMITED (trading as Cloudify Solutions) (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 12 August 2021 at 6.57am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 12 October 2021.
