Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Keaton Pronk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HR PROCESSING 2008 LIMITED (formerly known as OSS LIMITED until 4 August 2021) by a special resolution of the shareholder on 5 August 2021 at 2.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 16 September 2021.
