Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 9 August 2021 at 2.17pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 11 October 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
