Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Timaru on 9 August 2021 at 11.05am. The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 9 October 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
