Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 6 August 2021 at 10.00am, a special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act was passed by the shareholders to liquidate the company and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-mentioned company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act will be sent to the Registrar, after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 6 September 2021 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
