Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of SACRED HILL FAMILY VINEYARDS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) (“company”) by order of the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 August 2021 at 2.49pm. The applicant creditor was Thornhill Horticultural Contracting Limited.

We fix 8 October 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
