Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Dunedin on 29 July 2021 at 10.10am and Invercargill at 11.51am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 29 September 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
