Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE STOREHOUSE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 24 June 2021 at 10.11am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 31 August 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
