Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 28 July 2021 at 11.11am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RENT ASURED ROTORUA LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 28 July 2021 the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 28 August 2021.
