Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Dennis Clifford Parsons, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of TE HOE DAIRIES LIMITED on 22 July 2021 at 3.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the date of 30 September 2021 is fixed as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made, and as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
