Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of QUSOL NZ LIMITED and QUSOL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 27 July 2021 at 7.49pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 27 September 2021.
