Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Friday 23 July 2021 at 2.55pm.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 27 August 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority to distribution that may become available.
