Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators of JJ CARS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation), on 22 July 2021 at 12.30pm and of R&P HAULAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 July 2021 at 3.50pm.

The liquidators fix 10 September 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
