Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COLJAN LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder on 21 July 2021 at 4.40pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KINNAIRD LOGGING LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder on 22 July 2021 at 9.30am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, following a solvency resolution, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MORGAN POOLS (C&S) LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder on 21 July 2021 at 8.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: MORGAN POOLS (C&S) LIMITED is a solvent liquidation. The business was sold in August 2018 to Morgan Pools Limited, who trade under that name.
