On 23 July 2021, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JUNG A JUNG CO. LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 23 July 2021 at 3.00pm.
