Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the following Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above companies by shareholder special resolution, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993:

Benjamin Francis and Matthew Kemp were appointed liquidators of CRAFT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 19 July 2021 at 8.30am.

Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis were appointed liquidators of LEADING EDGE FABRICATION LIMITED on 19 July 2021 at 10.30am.

Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp were appointed liquidators of TRIPLE A TRUSTEES LIMITED on 20 July 2021 at 11.45am.

The undersigned hereby fix 25 August 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
