Kevin J. Davies, was appointed liquidator of NORTH LIGHT ELECTRICAL LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 20 July 2021 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors should be sent to info@principleliquidation.co.nz by 18 August 2021.

Notice of the removal from the Companies Register is hereby given pursuant to sections 318(1)(e) and 320 of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 September 2021.
