Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KP MT EDEN LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder on 7 July 2021 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
