Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Douglas Mark Andrew Burgess, solicitor, was appointed as liquidator of HELENE LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

The liquidation commenced at 1.12pm on 13 July 2021.

This is a solvent company liquidation. On 7 July 2021, the directors signed a declaration to the effect that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within 12 months after the appointment of the liquidator. A copy of that declaration has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243A(1)(b) of the Act.

Claims by creditors of the company should be sent to the liquidators by 21 July 2021.
