Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

• MARINE BOAT BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED at 10.32am

Notice to Creditors

We fix 25 February 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
