Notice of Restoration to the Register and
Order Reversing the Liquidators’ Final Report

By order of the High Court at Wellington under section 329(1) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 July 2021, HARGRAVES CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION SERVICES LIMITED (removed) has been restored to the Register of Companies.

Richard Nacey and Marcus McMillan, both of Wellington, are the appointed joint and several liquidators of HARGRAVES CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation).
