Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following solvency resolutions, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SCSNZ LIMITED, PWINGSNZ LIMITED and SCSF LIMITED by each of the company shareholder(s) on 6 July 2021 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 20 August 2021 as the last day for creditors to make their claims in the liquidations.

SCSNZ LIMITED was formerly SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS (NZ) LIMITED, PWINGSNZ LIMITED was formerly PARCEL WINGS NZ LIMITED and SCSF LIMITED was formerly SUPPLY CHAIN FUSION LIMITED until 5 July 2021. The purchaser of the businesses has taken over these company/trade names and continues to trade.
