Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PURE HEALTHCARE ALBANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 31 December 2020 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 7 February 2021.
