Boris van Delden and Colin Roger Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARVEL GRILL QUEENSTOWN LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill on 1 July 2021 at 12.12pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 August 2021.
