Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 5 July 2021 at 7.20am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHARATAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 5 July 2021, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 5 September 2021.
