Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CARTRIDGE WORLD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 July 2021 at 10.15am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 16 August 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
