Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder above-named company resolved to place the company into liquidation and that appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120) of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator. The liquidation commenced on Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 1.35pm.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 August 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
