Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Invercargill on 1 July 2021 at 12.10pm. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.
