Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of FUSION PRINT GROUP LIMITED on 21 January 2021 at 6.01pm.

We fix 21 February 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

The shareholders wish to liquidate the above solvent company which is no longer trading.
