Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 23 June 2021 and 28 June 2021, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 23 June 2021 at 5.00pm and 28 June 2021 at 2.00pm respectively.

The day by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 July 2021.
