Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

On 22 June 2021 at 4.30pm, the shareholders of DONALD BUCKLEY PHOTO & FRAME LIMITED (in liquidation) passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 27 July 2021. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company in liquidations property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
