Notice is hereby given that. pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, Chartered Accountant of Bennett & Associates, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of JOHNSTON O’SHEA LIMITED (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on 23 June 2021 at 9.00am.

A solvency certificate has been completed and the shareholders confirm that the company can discharge all its known debts.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
