Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 18 June 2021 at the times below, upon the application of Inland Revenue.

BACCHUS GENUS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.09am.

We fix 25 July 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
