Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Elizabeth Helen Keene, both of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 22 June 2021 at 10.43am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 22 August 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
