Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 June 2021 at 11.02am, Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the AP CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High Court Auckland on the application of Rock and Rubble Limited. On 21 June 2021 at 9.00am, Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of WAVERLEY SAWMILLS LIMITED by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned hereby fixes the 23 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
