Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 11 June 2021 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:

• MALANA PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.12am
• RP5 INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.25am
• DESIGNER’S DESTINATION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.55am

We fix 26 July 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
