Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named companies passed in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above companies on 31 May 2021 at 9.00am.

I fix 23 June 2021 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.

I am advised the liquidation is part of a group reorganisation. Both companies have ceased trading and have no creditors.
