Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, both of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Invercargill on 3 June 2021 at 11.58am. The appointment was made on the application of Kiwirail Limited.
