On 3 June 2021, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ROGUE RECRUITMENT&CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 June 2021 at 10.30am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 6 July 2021.
