Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Friday 28 May 2021 at 12.20pm.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 9 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
