Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Andrew Marchel Oorschot was appointed liquidator of BASELEVEL FOUNDATIONS LIMITED, MARBERN INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED and MAIDEN ELECTRICAL LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from 1.55pm, 2.00pm and 2.10pm respectively on 31 May 2021. Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of BASELEVEL FOUNDATIONS LIMITED, MARBERN INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED and MAIDEN ELECTRICAL LIMITED, I fix 30 June 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The liquidations are as a result of a group restructure and all companies are non-trading as at the date of liquidation.
