Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake Liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 23 December 2020, the shareholder of WELL LEE TRADE CO. LIMITED resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to undertake a liquidation of the company.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(1)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 23 December 2020 at 1.40pm.
