Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of FAKIR INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 7 December 2020 at 9.00am and SCOTT FLOORING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 2 December 2020 at 9.33am.

We fix the 5 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
