Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 21 May 2021 at the times listed below.

• THOMPSON & WILSON LIMITED (trading as Falcon Interiors) (in liquidation) at 10.09am upon the application of Potter Interior Systems;
• DRT JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.20am and JADE CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am, both upon the application of Inland Revenue

We fix 30 June 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
