Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 14 April 2021 at 10.50am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland appointed Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer (Licensed Insolvency Practitioners), as liquidators of the company, on the application of Three Dukes Home Limited.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 22 June 2021 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
