Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Napier on 13 May 2021 at 2.28pm on the application of Daniel Oscar Clausen.

The liquidation commenced on 13 May 2021 at 2.28pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 5 July 2021.
