Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the following companies were placed in liquidation by shareholder special resolution on the dates and times stated:

CALLUM JONES CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 10 May 2021 at 9.29am Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.

TRAVEL CARS NZ LIMITED on 10 May 2021 at 2.02pm Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.

The liquidators hereby fix 21 June 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
